Office Project 2207 install popup message

I've installed Project on a pc that has office 2003, now everytime the user
selects any office application a Project finish install message pops up. Is
it because i'm using 2003 office and I have too upgrade to 2007 or is it
something else.

Hello Parris,

There have been a few reports of the installer running and it appears to
be related to how Project was installed. Below is the text from a post
by Boaz Lev from Microsoft that may help:

Unless I misunderstand the sequence of events as you describe them, the
reason is that you will have to have administrative privileges to
install
Project in the power user account. If you log in as the power user but
run
the installer as an administrator, all should work well for you. My
guess is
that part of the install job has to manipulate some files that requires
an
administrator's security level.
