Office Project account vs. Windows account

What are the advantages of using Windows NT domain accounts versus just using
Project local accounts?

Does having the local project account limit the functionality of Project
Server 2003 at all?

We are getting ready to have a consultant migrate our Project Server
environment and they say there is additional functionality with the use of
Windows accounts instead of Project accounts.

Can anyone detail what these advantages for me?

You cannot use any of the SharePoint features (Documents, Risks, Issues)
with Project local accounts.

Let's not forget about Analysis features as well.

.. . . and, let's not forget ease of sign on with pass through authentication.
And then there is the whole Active Directory syncronization benefit.
