office publisher read form data in a web page

Dear frenz, I am using MS -Publisher 2007. I want to design a web site. In
dat, i am supposed to read data from user and store it into a database. But i
want to use MS-Excel for this. Can anyone please help out..? EXpecting an
early, as i need to publish the website by 16th...! Thanks in advance.

Publisher is a DTP intended for simple, small static sites, not dynamic
database sites.
