Office Question - 97 PRO vs 03 Edu

I currently have Office 97 Professional installed on my
home computer. I just bought Office 2003 Educational
version so I can legally put a copy on my home computer
and my daughter's computer in her dorm at college. and
have the versions the same for her data at home or school.

Can I load 2003 on my home computer and just keep the
Access 97 part of Office 97 Professional? Or do I have to
keep all of 97 and 2003?
