Office registration pop-up

Does anyone know how to disable the office registration
pop-up that pop up when you first start any office
programs? The product is already registred, but get the
pop-up asking if you want to registre yes or no for Office
sp-1. I read that the office resourse kit has a reg file
call NOLV.reg that will disable it. But I can't find it
anywhere on earth. Anyone know the registry keys?
