Office Reminders and Birthdays

In Office 2008, the Office Reminders show all birthdays entered into Entourage as a day before the actual birthday. My date and time zone are correct in system preferences and in Entourage. The birthdays are also correctly entered. However, they are wrong in the reminder pane.
