Office Reminders off by a day

Anyone else having trouble with Office Reminders and all-day events? If I have an all-day event for, say, Wednesday, Office Reminders will tell me it is due Tuesday. This has led me to wish people "Happy Birthday" a day early twice now since upgrading to Office 2008. :)

If I have an appointment at noon on Wednesday, Office Reminders will correctly tell me the appointment is Wednesday. Again, the problem appears to be limited to all-day events.

Quick follow-up. I was playing around with this today and I noticed if I set the reminder time to, say, "132 hours" (which would be 5.5 days) instead of "5 days," Office Reminders will correctly identify a Wednesday all-day event as occurring on Wednesday.

So maybe it has something to do with the reminder happening at midnight exactly by default...?

A few folks have reported dates being off by one day and most likely
you're correct that it's because of the "All day" designation being hinky.

I believe this is probably a bug that will get fixed in a future update.
Hopefully in the 12.0.1 update scheduled for release around March 11.
