Office Resource Kit 2003 link fails

Hi,

I am trying to download the development kit from the link

http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/e/d/0eda9ae6-f5c9-44be-98c7-ccc3016a296a/ork.exe

and it fails - Any idea where else I can get this from?

I was able to download that file (Ork.exe) from the same link on
http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2003ddl.htm
just now without a problem.
