Office Right-Click Menu invisible

Just recently, when right clicking in any Microsoft Office (only MS Office
programs, everything else is fine) the right-click menu is
transparent/invisible. This includes email message boxes in MS Outlook.

Please help. Its surprisingly frustrating.
