I apologize for this not being the correct group. Feel free to correct me.
I had a server running NT4 with IIS4 and the Office server extensions, and a
site that was built with the 60 minutes intranet kit. This server went down,
so I took the opportunity to rebuild it with Windows 2000. I am running into
trouble getting the web site working again. The shared document areas and I
believe a pivot table are not working. I attempted to install the Office
Server extentions from and Office 2000 CD, but it will not fully install,
because the web is already running a newer version. I guess this is by
virtue of it being IIS5 on W2K. Can I get the web to work properly, or do I
need to convince the web owner to migrate to a STS site that I can create on
the same server?
Thank you for any help,
Levin
