Office Server Language Pack Issue

Hello!
Our configuration is the next:
Farm includes 2 server (Windows Server 2008 Std x 64):
1 - DB Server (SQL 2005 Ent x64)
2 - WEB, MiddleTier Server (Hosts OfficeSharePointServer2007SP1 and
OfficeProjectServer2007SP1 x 64)
The version of all componets is English(1033) - OSs are as well english.

We try to install Office Servers Language Pack RURU x
64(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FamilyID=318d8562-58bd-4329-b1f6-f1941a38bc7f).
And we perform it as provided by
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197538.aspx.
We install Language Pack SP1 as well.

But we have no effect.
Does anyboby have solution on it?

As i understand, after installing LP, there has to option to change language
on a web page. Am i right with it?

Alexy:

After successfully installing the MUIs, the system will present the UI in
alternate languages based on the locale settings on the client machine.

Actually it doesn't work.
Local Settings and Language settings of IE are the same like Language Pack.
In fact i'm interested only in Project Server 2007 x 64 Russian Langauge Pack.
And deeper i'm digging - i understand that there is no Project Server 2007 x
64 Russian Langauge Pack, cause this one
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FamilyID=318d8562-58bd-4329-b1f6-f1941a38bc7f) is only for Sharepoint server 2007.
And tihs one
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...6b-8689-4768-bff0-cbb511599a45&displaylang=ru) is only for x86 Office Servers versions.

And i can not see any sense in Microsoft actions then (Regarding this
speciality).
