Office service pack 3 issue.

We have computers with office service pack 2 and SP3. The computers that have
SP2 can view documents with bullets and numbering but the computers that have
SP3 are missing some bullets and numbering. I tried the document on another
SP2 and no problems with the document. SP3 is removing some numbering. What
is the issue with SP3 removing some formatting?

Any help would be great.
