Can I purchase a CD with the 56Meg XP Service Pack 3? With my 56 kbs phone
modem, downloading takes all day or crashes mid-way and I have to start again.

I do not live in North America. Is there an equivalent for users in Europe -
specifically the UK? and if so what is the link?
