why is it that it is trying to automatically down load but keeps coming up
with error code 0x537 and i cant find the error code anywhwere

and I've been getting messages to update Office XP SP3 and it will not let me
unless I find the original installation disk. When I tried to access HELP
they want to charge me. Unbelievable...open source...where are you? Can
anyone help?
