Have tried several times to install Office on my parents computer. Think I'm
close, just not quite there. Excel / Word / etc. should be located at START,
ALL PROGRAMS. Instead they are located at START, MY COMPUTER, C:\, PROGRAM
FILES ... AND when clicking on EXCEL, WORD etc. nothing happens. I get an
error message that says I need to "...Run setup...." (or something to that
effect). I've tried going to "Explore" but that doesn't do it either....
