Office shortcut bar changing

Due to a disk crasch I have had to reinstall Office. Now my icons in the
shortcut bar are changing order constantly; in my previous installation it
was not so. The shortcut bar would of course be much easier to use if the
program icons could stay in the same order.

An hints what I could do to correct this?

Sorry - the correct name of this device is of course the Office Toolbar.

Any hints would be welcome!
