Office Shortcut Bar Does Not Start

Does anyone know why the shortcut bar in Office XP Pro
will not start on its own when the machine boots up. I
have to manually choose it from the prpgrams file.

I have used detect and repair, nothing! Uninstalled and
reinstalled and still occurs

copy it's shortcut to start -> programs -> startup
