Office Shortcut Bar is missing

Office 2002 XP, 10.0
Just installed the software.
Cannot get the Office Shortcut Bar to show on the screen
on startup.
The Startup includes Microsoft office:
"C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\OSA.EXE" -o -
I
PLease help.

Does it show under Start->Programs->Microsoft Office->Office Tools? If not,
then it may not be installed as it is an optional item. Go into your Office
Setup and select to install it from the Office Tools section.

If it is installed, try opening it from the above path. If it will not
open, run Detect and Repair from any Office program help menu.
