Office Shortcut Bar problems

Hi. Just recently if I click on New Document or Open Office Document on the
Shortcut Bar it seems to open a window titled Osa.exe - Quickview with just
Technical File Information.

I don't know what's changed. I can still open Word from winword.exe. Its
Office 97 running on Win98.
