Office Shortcut bar should be added to 2003.

I had all of my frequently used programs on the shortcut bar. Using the
taskbar is a big pain. I also have an upgrade disk and will try to install in
with the wordperfect disk. But it seems like the money I had to spend for
2003, it should have the features that I liked the best.

Have you tried unlocking your Taskbar and moving the Quick Launch Bar to the
top or side of your display? Once there you can right click on the Quick
Launch Bar and select Auto-Hide and Always on Top.
