Office Shortcut Bar, where is it saved

The Microsoft Office Shortcut Ba

My computer is to be updated soon with network related things, nothing to do with the Microsoft programs
I have heard from colleagues that the buttons and files and own toolbars which they have added themselves to the Office Shortcut Bar have disappeared after their network stuff upgrade
Is there a file(s) I should make a copy of so I don’t loose my customisations
