office shortcut bar

Hi,
so, like, how come my Office 2000 shortcut bar has all of
a sudden malmac'ed? For instance, the MS Access button now
opens MS Excel, which I guess is appropriate since that's
what the tooltip now sais it will do. Likewise, every
other button is out of kilter by one place.

Is there a method of fixing this that doesn't involve
manually changing the target of each button? Thanks.

Have you tried r-clickin on the bar and selecting Refresh Icons? Or
Stopping and then restarting the bar as a second method?
