Office Shortcut Bar

It was dropped for the 2003 version of Office. Install one from a
previous version or use the Quicklaunch Bar from Windows.

It was dropped from Office 2003 because the new redesigned icons would not
display correctly on it. Rather than scrap the new bullshit icons Microsoft
scrapped a dearly loved feature of Office.
