Office Shortcut Bar

How do I get the Office Shortcut Bar to appear? I've
already gone to Start/All Programs/Microsoft Office Tools
and there is nothing there related to the Shortcut Bar.

This is for OfficeXP2002.

Hi Michael,

From Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel
select the Microsoft Office Listing and from there
change the feature set for the Office Shortcut Bar from
Not Available to Run from my computer.
