Office shortcut bar

I just upgraded to Office XP Professional. Now I cannot
get my Office shortcut bar to open. I have Windows XP. The
OSA.exe file is in the MS Office folder. Nothing happens
when I double click it. There are shortcuts to the OSA.exe
in various folders under Start Menu - Startup & MS Office
Tools. Any ideas?

Hi Tom,

MSOffice.exe rather than OSA.exe runs the OSB (Office Shortcutbar), (OSA.exe with a couple of command line switches can launch the
OSB). From Start=>Run type MSOffice.exe to see if the program starts. If not, add it through the Microsoft Office XP listing in
Add/Remove Programs. It is not a default installation item.
