Office shortcut toolbar

I just installed Office XP and my office toolbar now has
blank icons on it. You can still click the icon box and
connect to the program, but the pictures are gone. I've
tried reloading the toolbar and resetting it, but nothing
seems to help. Has anyone ever run into this before?
How did you fix it?

Don't have XP but one of the F Keys normally "refreshes" the bar.
Also, perhaps your icons aren't where they are supposed to be. I
suspect you can look at the properties of each and find the icon.

If you have a blank(separator) space in your toolbar, right-click in it and
choose refresh icons. You can add the space if you need to by right-clicking
the tiny MS icon at the extreme left end of the toolbar, choosing buttons,
select somewhere in the middle and click "Add Space". Then try the refresh
thing.
