Office shortcut toolbar

I have just installed MS Office XP, but can't get the
shortcut toolbar to work. I've 'loaded' it from the CD a
few times (I think), but it doesn't show under Office
Tools.
Any suggestions??

It is an optional installation item that you have to specifically select
during the installation. Go to control panel->add/remove programs->microsoft
office. Select the Office Shortcut Bar under Office tools section.
