Office Slowdown after VirtualPC Installation

I have recently installed VirutalPC 6.0 on several
Macintoshes, MacOS versions 9.2.2 to 10.2.8, and have
subsequently had performance issues with these Macs.
Overall system performance is slower, particularly in the
Office suite. One symptom is that the text display 'lags'
behind the keystrokes of the user in Word and Excel. Does
anyone have any suggestions to correct this problem?

Try removing VirutalPC until you can get a Macintosh that can handle the
additional software overhead?
