Office Small Business 2003

It was my understanding that I would be able to install
the purchased software on the two computers used in our
small business. However, when installing on the second
computer, I find that I cannot register which means that
I will not have full functionality.

Do I need to go and buy another full package or is there
some way around this.

The normal retail license for Office 2003 permits you to install it on one
desktop and one laptop, provided that the laptop is used by the primary user
of the desktop copy. You cannot install on multiple desktops or laptops
belonging to others without additional licenses.

Microsoft expects you to abide with the license agreement when you
purchase their products.

You can always consider alternative products, e.g. Open Office
(www.openoffice.org) which is free.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
