Office Small Business 2007 disc 2

I installed disc 1 fine. When I inserted disc 2 it said I needed to install
..NET Framework first. I declined. I don't know what is on Disc 2. I read
the box, the CD, and searched the online support. CAn anyone tell me what is
on Disc 2 and why I need to install .Net first? Thanks

BCM - Outlook, Business Contact Manager
If you have no reason to use BCM dont install it
Netframework is required by some applications, BCM being one
