Office smart assistance

I got so annoyed with the Microsoft so called smart
office assistance which offers help on how to use your
Microsoft office. Also every now and then, some form of
assistant pops up on the screen offering helps which I
never requested for.
I spent more time undoing all these nonsensical
assistance and pop ups everytime I use Office.
Is there a way I can just get rid of them once and for
all. Their assistance is not making me anymore efficient.

Right click on any assistant, select options and uncheck the ones that annoy
you or just turn the thing off.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
