Office Sounds addin not working

I 'm using Office 2007. I downloaded office sounds add in and installed it
worked well But after few days i un installed them and now when i install
them they don't work even the other application sounds are working well and
sound system is ok. Only problem is with this add in. I 've just upgraded the
media player. does it affects the sounds add in?
