Office sp2 downloaded via tools/windows update

But the auto install from tools/windows update always fails (4 times).
I have ran all other windows updates previous to this coming out, over the
past few years and wonder if that is the problem? Everything is current??

The junk email update ran fine today at the same time I was trying the sp2
for office.

Thank you I actually got it to work by opening MS Word and selecting the
larger download after trying the smaller. All programs open and close as
normal afterwards too.
