Where can i get office SP2 in the .msi format so as to
use it with group policy to upgrade many PCs.

Hi Basima,

The Service Pack is a patch (.MSP) to
an existing MS Office installation. It
is not an installable program (.MSI).

You can use one of the strategies in the
Office XP Resource Kit for maintaining/upgrading
MS Office, either by updating the Office admin
point and then recaching the clients, or leaving
the Admin point alone and deploying the updates
to the clients.

You can use a GPO for updating as described here
