Office SP2 Update

When I downloaded the Office XP Service Pack 2 it asked
for the CD Rom which I put in the drive, then it
complained it couldnt find OUTRET.MSI the installation
file. I searched my hard drive but have no such file.
The installer complained about not having a path to
Microsoft Office Small Business. But everything is there
under program files.

******** What do I have to do to install the Service
Pack
2 ****?
