Office SP3 update and Mail merge problem

The SP3 update has caused my mail merge document to act funny. It will not
show the whole record number if the number is larger than 2 digits. For
example, if I am printing an envelope with the address stored in record
number 325. Word displays that I am on record number 32. Does anyone know
how I can fix this?? My mail merge documnet is huge and it's helpful to know
which record numbers I am working on.

I'm having the same problem. Everything seems to function correctly - just
not displaying correctly. Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. Any help
would be appreciated.
