Office SP3?

I ordered the SP3 CD because I use dial up and get kicked off before the
download completes. I don't have SP1 or SP2 and can't see anywhere on the
site to order them on CD. Does the SP3 CD have all I need to upgrade?

Service Pack 3 for Office 2000 includes Service Pack 2 and Service Pack
3, but does not include Service Release 1a.
