I have doen loaded SR-1 2000 Core update to my desk top. I started the download to my computer. I lost my connection the the internet. When I tried to restart the downlad I received a message that the download did not complete, please contact Microsoft for support.

Werer you downloading the file or running Windows update. If it's update
it's in a temp directory. Find it and delete it. It you were downloading the
file for a later run/update then you must know where you saved it and you
can go in an delete it.

Then run whichever you were doing before again.

I have just received an update from your peopleSP3 for
Office 2000.

I am having difficulty installing the same!

I have checked as requested that I have the SP1 update
and my system says I have.

On attempting to install having downloaded the update I
receive an error notice 1328 or was it 1368? not sure
now . But the bottom line is that its a no win situation
it wont work ! umph!

So please nicely can you help?
