Office SR1a asks CD-premium; have CD professional

Trying to update Office;
Office SR1a asks for CD-Premium; have CD for Professional.
so we are stuck.

How to get media for Premium?
or should I just downgrade to Professional?

Yes, Office 2000, for use under Win XP-home. All SPs applied to Win-XP,
stopped ar SR1a on Office 2000.
