office student and teacher 2003 install problem

I need this office student and teacher 2003 install for my children
unfortunatly i tried so many time to do it and it is not working .Each time
the installation start it stops with this long message in the error report
event type: office 11 setup P1(91120409-6000-11d3-Bofe 0150048383c9) P2
11.05614.0 P3 startcache P4:0 P5:x P6:x P7:x
What does this means? any suggestion thank you to anyone who can help
