Office Student Ed. and Panther

I was considering upgrading to Panther (10.3) but I am running
the Student Edition of Office. Are they compatible?

It will work fine. Be sure to install the updates from this URL
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx

Then run Disk Utility First Aid to repair permissions.

After that, everything should be superb.
