I had to reinstall my operating system on both my kids computers. The had
both aquired a bad trojan virus. Now I have to reinstall office student &
teacher on both of them. The problem is microsoft allows only 3 installations
for each purchase. I had installed it on both originaly so that makes 4
times. How can I get around this?

If you have a problem with the internet activation method, you should be
provided with a dialog box that gives you an 800 number to call and activate.
Just explain to the operator the reason for the new activation. If the
original installation was older than 120 days, internet activation may work.
