OFFICE Suite 2007 B2TR - Documents won't Open!

HELP!!! I Really Need Help. Installed B2TR 10/2 and now I am dead. Not a
single document opens in Publisher, Word, Access!!! Who screwed up this
Office Suite 2007 "Tech Refresher??!!" I've done the Patrick Schmid
instructions. Nothing! Shut Down Norton Anti-Virus. Nothing. I WANT MY
DOCUMENTS BACK!!! I gotta' work!!! Anybody??!! HELP!!!

Hi Chuck,

You don't need to shut down your antivirus software, only disable the Office plug in for Norton antivirus from the Miscellaneous tab
of your Symantec-Norton Protection product, then restart the Office apps (in some cases restarting the PC helps).

If that is not working what is the exact error message you are getting when use Office Button(file)=>Open from inside MS Word, for
example.
