Office Support for Tablet PC

I currently own a copy of MS Office XP Pro for my Dell Desktop. I recently
purchased a Tablet and would like to unistall Office from my Desktop and
install it on my Tablet but I understand that I need Office 2003 Professional
in order to take full advantage of the Tablet features. Is this correct? If
yes, can anyone advise what upgrade packages are available that will provide
me with the tablet support I need. Note that I really only need Outlook,
Excel, Work and Powerpoint (don't really need Access) so Small Business for
2003 upgrade might do? Any insight is appreciated as well as links to best
places to purchase upgrades. Thanks

You cannot install the OEM Office XP software that
came with your Dell PC to a different PC. You'll
need to purchase a conventional "Retail Version"
of Office 20003 for installation on your Tablet PC.

Hi C.P.

To add to Jo Ann's reply, if you have MS Office XP retail rather than OEM then you can install it on your tablet but you'll also
need to download the Tablet PC pack for Office XP from http://office.microsoft.com/downloads

All Editions of Office 2003 does have the tablet support features built in, so yes, you can select the upgrade package of any Office
2003 edition that suits your needs http://microsoft.com/office/howtobuy
