Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

I have bought a new MacBook Pro and also Office 2008 Home&Student from the online apple store.
After a lot of fiddling I have got the plug-in so my Nokia E71 can sync to Entourage. Apart from the pictures that I have put in my contacts so I know who is calling(I know three John Banners). I could do this on my old PC using office for windows.
I tried to get on the microsoft support page for help with this but in order to get help I had to type in my product key. On the CD case it gives 3 product keys. None of these were the correct format to get past that stage.
So Question 1 how can I sync the pictures in my contacts to my phone?
Question 2 what do I use if I need to contact microsoft support?

Exactly what software provides the sync capability to your phone? I
suspect it is Nokia software? If this true, perhaps they are a better
source of help? I'm also puzzled about the reported need for you to
give product keys to get online support from Microsoft. What is the URL
to this site?

Interesting. I guess if the product ID you have does not work, then you
need to go back to whomever you bought it from and tell them they sold
you a product with a bad product ID. Or (and I did not enter my product
id), this web page determined that your are not eligible for "no-charge"
support?

However, the iSynch plug in software available from Nokia (or is it
Apple?), at the web page you referenced, is the software that controls
the sync. That, I think, is where you should be seeking assistance--not
Microsoft. It could be that they simply do not extract the photo from
the Entourage database.

I sync using iTunes and the Mac's Address book and an iPhone, and it
just works.

I guess what you should do is use Google to find where people are
writing about this.

I tried to get on the microsoft support page for help with this but in order

There is some confusion over the Product Key and Product ID.

The Product Key also called CD Key is on a yellow or bright orange sticker
on the CD package.

The Product ID is given during the Setup Assistant process. The Product ID
will look like this: 11111-130-0001111-12345). This is they key they want.
So Question 1 how can I sync the pictures in my contacts to my phone?

AFAIK, this function is not available.

Maybe from the system address book to the phone, but certainly not from
Entourage since Entourage doesn't sync them through Sync Services.
