Office taking ages to open!

My Microsoft Office on my mac has started to take a small age to load..

I haven't made any changes which should be reflected in the increased
startup time.

The only software I've installed since that could be affecting it, is Adobe
Acrobat Professional...

It has installed a toolbar, but this surely isn't the reason it's taking soo
long to load?

Any help would be greatfully received.

Oh yes, the chances are very high that Adobe Acrobat is the culprit. To find
