Office temp files cannot be deleted on IBM File server

Our Ms Office files (word,excel,powerpoints) are in IBM File Server, when a
user open any document, the temp file ~W..... created, but after closing the
document the temp file still there, and cannot be deleted. and its build up
every time open the document.

That's usually caused by incorrect user permission settings on the
server. Set it to allow delete and the temp files will be deleted.
