Office Templates do not load in English

Problem exists regardless of the Office Application. How can I correct this to load in English

The text in the Office templates is not meant to be in English. It is a
placeholder text, also called "greeked text", that does not correspond to
any actual language, in spite of its resemblance to Latin.
