Office Test Drive User as sender

magic

I just purchased a MacBook Pro and deleted the Office test drive after
using it for one week. I installed Office 2004 Student Teacher Edition.
My e-mails are still being sent by Office test Drive User
([email protected]) and many of my e-mails to established clients are
ending up in the junk mail. How do i change the sent name to just me?
Thanks very much for any assistance.

You can try changing the name associated with the e-mail account by going to
Tools > Accounts, opening the account, and then changing the name.

As for e-mail being classified as junk, you can change the preferences in
Tools > Junk E-mail Protection. The "Exclusive" option will only allow mail
from senders in your Address Book; the other options are varying levels of
sensitivity for the filter to recognize likely junk mail.

If you're still having issues, did you follow the instructions to use the
"Remove Office" tool to remove the Test Drive before you installed the full
version? That may be causing some of your problems.
