Office theme non-conforming

When I set my Vista display > Properties > Appearance to Windows Standard,
office title bar does not change to what I want all windows to appear as. It
remains the hard to tell if it's got the focus light blue with hard to read
medium blue text.

Does anyone know how to make Office conform to the Windows Vista theme that
you setup in Display Properties? Or optionally how do I change the theme so
when an Office product window has the focus, it is a nice viewable color that
I can tell whether it has the focus or not without clicking on it and
clicking off it?

How counter productive! What were they thinking?

The nice people who brought us Office 2007 decided that their taste
was just so much better than users' and even than the Windows
developers that they gave Office 2007 a few (A VERY FEW) oh so
tasteful themes of its own which OS settings couldn't change.

There is no way to change this. If you find Office 2007 unusable, the
only alternative is using something else. Office 2007 has very limited
customization options.

They were thinking?!

"What were they thinking?"

That they know what's best for all the users!
